The Ways

Language, tounge and dialect,
Spoken in rhyme and rhetoric,
Turned by the layman and politic,
To all through Einstein and bullshit.

Moves, action and change,
Simple, catastrophic and framed,
Takes us from here to there,
Leaving us stranded nowhere.

Doors, streets and stairs,
Lead to palaces, sewers and lairs,
Of the nicest and most beastly of foes,
We consume our story so.

Me, you and they,
Wander through humanity's days,
What a strange old place,
Heaven or a damn disgrace?
